Occupational Therapy Services
Occupational Therapy Services teaches students skills and strategies to improve their routines and habits. Services are available to all eligible enrolled Caltech students and are NOT dependent on enrollment in any insurance plan.
Occupations are how you occupy your time. This includes classes, research, sleep, leisure, taking care of yourself, and more! Popular topics include time management and productivity, planning and organization, procrastination, low motivation, and getting better sleep. Occupational therapy focuses on implementing practical strategies, finding routines that work for you, and helping you feel capable about what you do.
Below are recorded workshops featuring popular OT topics. You will be asked to log in with your Caltech access credentials to view the workshop video and materials.
