You must actively enroll in a Caltech student medical, dental and vision plan or waive Caltech coverage for the 2025/2026 academic year. If you are newly registered or missed the August 15th deadline email hrbenefits@caltech.edu to enroll/waive or ask for an exception.
Your health and wellbeing are important to your academic success. That's why Caltech requires that all registered students have medical and dental insurance — either Caltech insurance or other insurance. For medical, your other insurance must meet Caltech's waiver requirements.
