Solution Sessions: A 45-minute meeting, usually within 24 hours to help you talk through what's going on, get immediate support, and decide on next steps. A walk-in appointment can help with managing the moment. It is not a full therapy session.

Therapy Sessions: A scheduled, ongoing appointment with the same counselor. It gives you more time to explore concerns, build coping strategies and come to an understanding of the difficulties, and work towards goals over multiple sessions. Therapy sessions are helpful in understanding patterns and identifying new responses. Appointments for therapy sessions can only be made via telephone or with your current treating provider at this time.

Crisis Appointment: A same-day appointment when you need IMMEDIATE support. Some examples may include: thoughts of suicide or self-harm and feeling uncertain about your ability to remain safe; thoughts of seriously harming another person; recent physical or sexual assault; not sleeping for 3 consecutive days; or having strange experience such as hearing voices or seeing things others do not see or hear. If you are in need of a crisis appointment, please call (626) 395-8331.
