Caltech Student Wellness Services (SWS) advances the holistic well-being of students by integrating physical, mental, and social health within a culture of scientific rigor and curiosity. We provide accessible, high-quality clinical care and wellness education, and partner with students, faculty, and staff to support student health, resilience, and success at Caltech and beyond.
Services are available to all eligible enrolled Caltech students and are not dependent on enrollment in any insurance plan.

Examples of crises include having thoughts of harming or killing yourself or someone else; dealing with a sexual assault; having someone close to you die recently; seeing or hearing things that other people cannot see or hear; or feeling overwhelmed and needing to talk with someone as soon as possible.

The Meditation Mob is drop-in mindfulness meditation group open to all Caltech students. No previous experience is required; we offer techniques that are appropriate for everyone from newbies to more experienced meditators. We meet every Tuesday from 12:00 - 12:50 pm at Hameetman Club Room 2 (bottom floor).
We are happy to announce that we are now offering short-term couples therapy at SWS in addition to our individual and group services. Students who are in a committed, mature, and collaborative relationship are invited to participate in this opportunity.
