Student Wellness Services is committed to supporting the health and emotional well-being of Caltech students. Services are available to all eligible enrolled Caltech students and are NOT dependent on enrollment in any insurance plan.

Mindfully Resilient is an 8-week in-person class focused on helping prevent relapse of depression and anxiety. You'll learn to identify your specific triggers for relapse, and will learn the skill of mindful awareness to cope with those triggers when they arise. The Meditation Mob is drop-in mindfulness meditation group open to all Caltech students. No previous experience is required; we offer techniques that are appropriate for everyone from newbies to more experienced meditators. We meet every Tuesday from 12:00 - 12:50 pm at Hameetman Club Room 2 (bottom floor).

We are happy to announce that we are now offering short-term couples therapy at SWS in addition to our individual and group services. Students who are in a committed, mature, and collaborative relationship are invited to participate in this opportunity.
