Coping With Anxiety Group

The Coping with Anxiety group is an open enrollment group that you can join anytime during the term to learn ways to manage and overcome anxiety. This group will focus on:

  1. Techniques to manage physiological reactions.
  2. Techniques to shift your negative thoughts, self-statements, or beliefs.
  3. Techniques to face situations or objects that trigger fear or anxiety.
