ADHD Accountability Group - Undergrad

The ADHD Accountability Group is a weekly in-person group that focuses on learning to provide and receive support from peers in order to accomplish your goals. Additional objectives of this group include:
- Building skills such as planning, goal setting, and forming positive habits
- Exploring barriers and motivation
When: Mondays, 3:15pm - 4:30pm starting April 3rd
Where: In-person at Student Wellness Services North. This is the house on the corner of California Blvd. and Arden Rd. at 1245 Arden Rd.
Who: Open to currently enrolled undergraduate students.
Brief screening appointment required. Please call the counseling center at (626) 395-8331 to set one up. You can also use the Student Health Portal to send a message to the Counseling Center Front Desk and ask to schedule a screening appointment.
