Need a break? Want some sun? Reach your daily step goal and make a new friend. Let's Walk takes off in front of Student Wellness Services on 1239 Arden Rd. every Tuesday from 4:00pm - 5:00pm beginning October 2nd.

Planning Pods is a 3-session series that focuses on setting and achieving your goals. Meetings are from 4:00pm - 5:00pm in Brennen Conference Room on the third floor of Center for Student Services. Students should come to all three sessions to get the most out of this series. Please sign up here.

Tackle the Term - Friday, October 5th at noon, Avery Library
Occupational Therapy and Counseling Services
are pleased to offer Tackle The Term, a 1-hour workshop for grads and
undergrads to help you start the term off right. We'll focus on
effective ways to keep a schedule, find an ideal place to work, decide
how best to spend your time, and what to do when your plans fall off
track. We'll also review some popular apps that can help you stay on
top of your work and avoid procrastination. Free lunch is provided on a
first-come basis! We'll meet from 12:00pm - 12:55pm in Avery Library.
