Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia Counseling Group
Counseling Services is pleased to offer this 4-week therapy group for people who have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. It's open to any enrolled graduate or undergraduate student, but a 30-minute in-person pre-screening meeting is required anytime before the start of the group. We'll meet in the Counseling Center's conference room from 4:00 - 5:00 on Tuesdays, October 23rd, October 30th, November 6th, and November13th.
